"Parking is secure and gated. Staff were great. The property was older and in need of updating. We enjoyed our stay but I think we would look elsewhere if we returned. "
"What a great welcome at Terramaya after many hours on the road. After a swift check-in I was whisked up to my room (#3) on the second floor. The front desk employee brought up filtered water and hibiscus tea and set it up in my room. The balcony room facing the street was a bit noisy at times but easily remedied by closing the doors and turning on A/C.
Breakfast was a revelation - fruit, fresh yogurt and granola, coffee and juice, an egg dish and bread made in-house. Eating on the terrace facing the garden was peaceful and lovely.
Would stay again and highly recommend."
"Very clean spacious rooms beautiful courtyard excellent made to order breakfast great location near several restaurants and stores. I definitely recommend it."
"The hotel was very beautiful. All the plants and the butterfly garden was amazing. There was some mold on the bathroom shower floor/walls. Honduras is very humid but I wish there was a bit more upkeep in that aspect. The restaurant/bar closes super early. We went down to have a drink (I think around 7PM) and it was already closed. Overall, the staff was nice and welcoming. PS. keep in mind the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the rooms next to me and anything going on outside. I would stay here again no doubt. "
