Liked the balcony and made good use of it bc the temperature control was temperamental. Exceptional front desk staff. Lovely bar and attentive staffers there also. Pleasant remodel snd fresh rooms.

We booked the premium suite and it was lovely. The balcony was great and the location was super - walked everywhere! The facilities were really good, tea and coffee in the room as well as a mini fridge. The staff were polite and helpful. Umbrellas were provided which was essential for our stay. We recommend this hotel - a fantastic stay.

Amazing hotel in a great location near the Radhuspladsen. Stayed in one of the penthouse rooms with a private balcony - Highly recommended. Fantastic service all around.
