The staff was amazing, especially Nadine, Margot and Masha. They made our stay wonderful. The rooftop patio was great, the breakfast and pizza dinners were also amazing. Highly recommended!

Very liveable room with a great use of space, the bed was the comfiest I’ve slept on in a hotel in a long time, and the novelty of having to pull out the stairs to get to bed never got old. The sofa was comfy too, and the bathroom and shower were delightful. Very helpful staff, felt at home as soon as we arrived. Having the metro so close was really helpful too, as was having two supermarkets essentially next door.

I really wanted to like this hotel because there is a lot to like. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely tried to help whenever we had an issue. Unfortunately, the air conditioning failed on multiple days. It was repaired once, only to fail again, leaving the room around 27°C, which made it very difficult to sleep. Staff confirmed that the hotel-wide AC system was experiencing issues and that many guests had complained. The hotel was fully booked, so moving to another room was not an option, although I am not sure how true this was for the first night. The Wi-Fi was also inconsistent. If the AC and Wi-Fi are working, I imagine this is an excellent place to stay. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot rate it higher.

The front door to the hotel was locked when we arrived. Rang the buzzer no answer. Luckily a guest shoed up and let us in. Check in is on 5th floor where we found a staff member. Excellent service from then on. Good Grocery store right beside the hotel. Less than 5 minute walk to the metro which is easy to use. Not much around the hotel so Took metro into town each day. Very quiet! Would stay again.

Loved everything about Zoku …fun and efficient rooms…friendly staff…great breakfast with variety. Provided extra items for a better sleep without any issues. The only thing was that it’s a little outside the city but,of course, there was easy access to public transportation!
