"Dantica Cloud Forest Lodge is truly a special place. The cabins sit along the edge of the cloud forest, with sweeping views that bring nature right to your rooms, making everything feel alive and immersive. The hiking trails are rigorous yet rewarding, beautiful, quiet, and perfect for spotting rare birds and wildlife you don’t often see elsewhere. By day, the scenery is lush and vibrant; at night, the peaceful darkness settles in and feels wonderfully remote. If there’s one opportunity to improve, it would be the dinner service in the restaurant - on certain evenings, the wait can be quite long, though the food itself is excellent once it arrives. Overall, a memorable blend of comfort, serenity, and unforgettable nature."

"It’s a very well located hotel, amazing views from the room. Infinity pool is beautiful. We had a corner room and would be nice to have a couch and comfortable chairs in the room. We would definitely return to La Mariposa ."
