"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"Very spacious and convinient to get around. Especially to the cannel for a night food tour. Great service. We couldn't figure out the heater. someone was at our door within 30min to help us out. Also our request for more towels was promptly responded. I wish they have WHAT'S APP to communicate international travellers.
