"Nice room, very cosy. The bed felt a bit small but was comfy enough. The room was quite warm so we left the windows open at night but it was so noisy at around 4.30am Sunday morning with rowdy people spilling out from the pubs to go to the 24hr McDonalds that faces the building. Good location though and very modern and clean throughout although the bathroom did smell a bit. Check in is at 3pm. We got to the room 10 mins earlier but the code wont let you in until bang on 3pm"

"We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again."

"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"We went to York as family with our Labrador. We loved every bit of our stay here. The house is quiet as it is located behind the hosts house and well away from the road. It is safe with gated entrance. It is spacious with a lovely open plan living space and two spacious bedrooms. It was clean and well kept.
