"A lovely friendly and welcoming hotel. Safari hotel room very nice. Had everything we needed. Only negative would be that we booked a room with a view of the animals however the windows werenโ€™t very clean so couldnโ€™t get a clear view. Restaurant in hotel was great. Good selection of food. All staff very friendly and professional. Early access to the park was a great bonus plus the walk around outside to get a better view of the animals was a nice addition. Would certainly stay here again."
