This is a good place and I would happily recommend to others. Couple of small blips on arrival but after that, despite being a beautiful and pleasant location, it really meets expectations, the staff are it’s greatest asset, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and more.

There’s no doubt the resort is lovely. The staff are incredible and the gardens and beach are nice. I do think it’s disappointing that there aren’t more affordable options for families though. If you can’t afford the 2 bedroom suite, which most probably can’t then the only option you are left with is the king room with either a king bed (presumably for the whole family) or two double beds. Now this is fine for an adult travelling with one child but it’s too small for two adults to sleep together...

quite comfortable overall, and comes complete with complimentary champagne every afternoon. Very friendly staff with great spread of food. Reef walk was quite interesting, with a bunch of other activities. That said, compared to resorts in Thailand, I would say its more expensive vis-a-vis for the overall quality.

A lovely property with charming staff who really want guests to enjoy themselves. The private ferry to the island is charming. The property is lovely for walking. Meals are not great, but solidly good, with some nice weekly features e.g. Fiji Night, BBQ. In May of 2026, there was no beach at all which came as a big surprise (apparently the result of a recent cyclone, but management never acknowledged this). Thus there was no beach to walk on, and there were limited loungers along the rocky part...

The view of the ocean is amazing, during our trip 1 day was a rainy day but I got the rest and relaxation I needed. There are 2 shops on the property with great souvenirs tourist need and need not worry about being overly priced. Humans are humans everywhere, some staff members were simply amazing and really shined through while some could have learnt to check their emotions before clocking in. You gotta love working with people (internal and external) all the time to be truly genuine. For me I...

We were given the Lux room which was incredible and had amazing views. The staff were very friendly specially Vinny. We will be back.
The hotel is along the sunset strip. You can watch the sunset with your Fiji gold during happy hours.
The hotel is also very accessible. You can take an express bus infront of Nadi international airport Departures to Coral Coast. You can also take a cab or arrange one from hotel. There are local buses that can take you to Sigatoka town for $1z

We had a wonderful stay with Wellesley and the best part is that we could snorkelling out from the shore of the resort and spotted so many wonderful marine animals.
All the staff are so genuinely friendly!
