Newer facility and close proximity to everything and Iowa campus. I had to switch rooms due to a broken pipe but but the front desk handled professionally and promptly.

It was very clean but there were no toiletries other than soap. There was no coffee or coffee maker. There is a kitchen but there were no utensils, so basically useless. You can purchase a coffee maker and utensils. If only there was at the very least a coffee maker and coffee then I would have given 4 stars. The place was definitely clean as a whistle though and for non coffee drinkers it would be great.

This is a brand new hotel and everything is new and clean. The staff have also been polite and helpful. I am most definitely enjoying my stay here. It’s a hidden gem and I would highly recommend.

It is new, clean and a VERY good value for the inexpensive price. The beds were comfortable. There is no hair dryer. No extras, but we did not need a breakfast, pool or hot tub. We needed a clean comfortable place to sleep for a few nights. It exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were very new, so there was the new building smell, like a new paint job. It wasn't too overwhelming. The beds were also a little bit uncomfortable, very squeaky not in the spring squeaky but the mattress feeling like it was made from a thousand plastic bags. Otherwise, the rooms were so spacious, clean, lots of desk space, book shelves, there was even electric stove tops and a full sized refrigerator! I would definitely go back to it! In a few months, the new building smell will likely be gone, and if the beds are replaced, then it will be perfect! For the price, it's absolutely worth it. Couldn't ask for more.
