"Hotel is nice, was told hot tub wasn’t working also told there would be a $25 fee that would be refunded when we check out. Received and refunded back $16 of that $25 and it was because I used Expedia to book the hotel (3rd party) that was never disclosed to me at the time of check in. They called it a “service fee”. It’s not a lot of money but the principal that they withhold money when at the time you’re told you’ll be refunded in full, when you are not, might be a dealbreaker for some people."
