Great location for easily walking around the city and seeing with lots of food choices nearby. The staff were also really friendly and their English was way better than my sad attempts at speaking Spanish.

great hotel, great price

The hotel was great, fantastic location, the room was fantastic although I believe they got me an upgrade. Breakfast is soso, but where in Argentina do one get a great breakfast. the only concern was the power outage, my elevator just landed on floor 0, was able to open the door, not keen on being stuck. Staff was friendly. I would return here

This was a great hotel. It seems new and modern, the staff member were polite and attentive (even though I do not speak Spanish very well), location was good - less than a half mile from a shopping mall with many food options (plus other restaurants in the area). The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Breakfast had pastries, croissants, bread, juices, coffee, ham and cheese slices, scrambled eggs and more. Really good air conditioning.

Property is a bit dated. Check in at 1:00P is good, but check out at 10:00A is just ridiculous. Breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. Location is a bit noisy. Made it worse - the window in our room was broken and could not shut tight. Location is decent - walkable to a number of close areas in town.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet that is included. The area is close to downtown (with its good and bad). The only negative was the area is loud. The staff was great and let us check in early - which was very much appreciated since our plane arrived early in the morning.

Clean but needs a refresh.

Hotel definitely needs a refresh. Shower bar is ripped from the wall and holes remain, paint is stained, furniture has stains, and floorboards are separated from the wall. Clean but very beat up.

Nothing outstanding or unusual. Location is great, close to the heart of the city if not within. Staff did not speak English for the afternoon crew (check-in). The afternoon crew was great! Wi-fi was below miserable. It was substandard for the room. Had to get down to the lobby to use it.

Nice hotel stay (minor suggestions)

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights over a weekend while visiting Argentina. The hotel is centrally located and it was easy to walk from it to the main attractions. It is modern and the bed was indeed very comfortable. I had only had breakfast on one of the mornings as I left very early on Sunday. Breakfast was adequate to start the day. There were a couple of issues which unfortunately bothered me quite a bit: first to cater for the non-Spanish speaking guests, some room information in English would be advisable. I specifically refer to the safe where the instructions were only in Spanish and I made the mistake of locking the safe without resetting the code —> this then led to a long day on a Saturday morning until a manager / maintenance arrived who could unlock it. Secondly, I found the Wifi in the room (floor?) to be very unreliable… connection kept switching between the Wifi and the mobile data , for example , when using Hotels.com app for booking next destination hotels. I called the reception , person said he was resetting sormethibg and to try again. few minutes later and the problem persisted. Had I needed to work remotely from the work and needed reliable connectivity, I’d have to consider if this was a risk not worth taking . However , for basic holiday purposes and if sitting in the lobby for quick browsing is fine , I’d be very happy to stay there again
