The property is very nice, with a homey feel to it. The problem is the complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I booked through Experia four nights and told the hotel that I would need to shorten the stay to 3 nights. Thay said they were not able to make the change because the booking was through Expedia. Expedia has been trying for three days to contact the hotel, both by telephone and by their own internal messaging, but the hotel has not responded at all. The hotel did not respond to my request to confirm that payments using a foreign credit card by a resident of another country are not subject to the VAT. I waited for over one month and they never responded. They seem to ignore communication through the Expediaq messaging system and want everyone to communicate with them through a WhatsApp number. I asked to talk to a manager concerning my request to shorten my stay, and I was never put in touch with one.

Hotel distinto a todos los habituales.

El Hotel esta ubicado en una zona de casas , o sea que no está frente a un parque u otra atracción para pasear sin usar taxi o auto propio. El Hotel tiene un año , por lo tanto funciona todo , el estilo es muy marcado , tipo simplista , distinto de la mayoría de los habituales 4 estrellas según está catalogado. Encontré la habitación doble con dos camas muy estrecha , casi diría incomoda , placar sin cajones y un solo estante , Frigobar muy pequeño , el baño impecable pero también nada espacioso. Si van con auto deben avisar porque solo tiene tres cocheras bajo techo.

lugar nuevo,impecable y moderno. Para ser 10 puntos deberian pensar en brindar algun tipo de comida, sandwich o alternativos para cuando los viajeros vienen cansados del viaje o de las reuniones , asi tienen algo para cenar antes de ir a dormir

Estuvimos una sola noche, el hotel es lindo, cómodo, nuevo y muy iluminado. Las zonas comunes cuentan con iluminación natural así como también la habitación (7) que cuenta con ventanal hacia patio interno. El concepto del hotel lo puedo definir como estilo moderno y minimalista. No tiene servicio de restaurante pero en la zona hay lugares donde poder comer algo. Habitación c frigobar y elementos para poder tomar café/te en la habitación sin cargo, cortesía del hotel. Cochera interna techada. muy recomendable, zona tranquila.
