ESTAFA!
Es una estafa. El establecimiento está cerrado desde hace meses pero aparece en la web de Hoteles.com
Al presentarnos en el hotel, estaba completamente cerrado y tuvimos que realizar otra reserva urgentemente para poder dormir esa noche.
Hicimos la reclamación a Hoteles.com para que devolviera el dinero y nos denegaron el reembolso!! ES UNA ESTAFA!!

No me gustó nada, puesto que, cando acudimos al hotel estaba cerrado. A las 21:00 horas tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para poder pasar la noche porque en éste no había nadie y no nos cogieron el teléfono.
Ya hemos abierto una reclamación en su página para que nos devuelvan el dinero
