Our first night started in a terrible way, our room was next to a huge fan that went on all night. Next morning we communicated that and the staff did not really believed us. The owner of the place started yelling something in greek, as if we dream fans going on all night. However, after other shoutings, we were moved to a different room on our 3rd night, which was much more quite and better for sleeping. Overall our experience in the hotel was positive, however, the owner needs to learn some good manners.

The staff here are AMAZING, so friendly, can’t stress that enough. But if you’re choosing a hotel for proximity to a town though this is NOT where the map indicates. It’s about 2-3km away from where the Expedia map says it is and you will definitely need a car or something to get around as the buses are few and far between and the bus stop is at least a kilometre walk from the hotel along a road without a sidewalk. I was happy with my experience overall but as someone who chooses hotels based on location to be close to things for convenience and to pop out to a different restaurant each night I feel deceived by Expedia more than anything.

Warm welcome despite our very late arrival .Rooms basic but clean and breakfast was fine .all staff very helpful and spoke good English .Hotel set in a lovely location with a great pool and outdoor bar area only point to note was that it wasn't where it is shown on Google maps and was a kilometer or so further along the road so was difficult to find in the dark .

La struttura e la location molto belle ed immersa nel verde,la piscina pulita.Addetti alle reception molto gentili e cortesi,Mario ai tavoli simpatico.La camera SUPER piccola,addatta sicuramente per due.La doccia perdeva,e fuoriusciva tutta sul pavimento,lo abbiamo comunicato,ma abbiamo fatto due settimane con le asciugamano a terra.La nota dolente é stata il "proprietario":aveva due cani liberi che gironzolavano per tutta la zona,compreso TRA I TAVOLI MENTRE CENAVAMO ed abbaiavano a tutti i clienti.Uno rincorse i miei due figli( 3 e 6 anni )e fortunatamente sono riuscito ad intervenire altrimenti non so cosa sarebbe potuto accadere.Il proprietario non faceva altro che dire NO PROBLEM,ho dovuto litigare perché gli dicevo che dovevano stare legati e con la museruola,ma lui ha iniziato ad inviermi contro e mandarmi a quel paese e se avessi continuato avevo paura che mi avrebbe cacciato dalla struttura.Ho dovuto far finta di niente per tutto il resto della vacanza( successe al secondo giorno ) , perché mi preoccupavo di possibili ripercurssioni.I miei figli sono rimasti traumatizzati e non hanno voluto più cenare lì.Se amate i cani questa é la struttura che fa per voi, altrimenti scegliete un'altra struttura , se no appena arrivate in albergo dovrete sgattaiolare in camera,sperando che i cani non si accorgino di voi. Bisogna essere disponibili con i clienti non URLARE ,URLARE, URLARE ,URLARE si sentiva la sua voce ovunque,sbraitava con i clienti e con i suoi collaboratori.Ufff

3xcellent séjour dans un superbe cadre

Hotel agréable avec un très beau jardin ombragé (palmiers, oliviers) et une très belle piscine. Cadre général vraiment agréable. L'accueil d'Irène et d'Aphrodite a été remarquable. Vraiment un très beau séjour. Hôtel situé à 10 kilomètres du cœur de la capitale (facile d'accès et parking aisé) et à 3/4 kilomètres de Gouvia, il est donc souhaitable d'avoir une voiture. Bien situé pour découvrir l'île et ses belles plages.

Fab stay at Fiori Hotel

Hotel was lovely. Room was quite basic but had everything we needed and air conditioning was great. The staff were all really nice and incredibly helpful. The pool was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is it is about a 20/30 minute walk to Gouvia and the beach etc and there are not any paths by the main road you have to follow so it is not ideal if you don’t have a car. There is also a dog at the hotel who is lovely but has quite a loud bark so can be a bit intimidating but once you get to know it, it is very friendly so not a problem at all.

Carino con buona posizione, ma non ci tornerei!

L'albergo è esattamente come si vede dalle foto, in una stradina di campagna silenziosa e ben collegato per tutte le direzioni, è davvero in una posizione strategica: 12 minuti da Corfù, 10 minuti da Gouvia, Dassia e Ipsos, 20 minuti da Paleokastritsa e 40-45 minuti da Porto Timoni (Afionas). L'albergo potrebbe essere davvero magnifico se il personale fosse più organizzato, educato e disponibile. Mai un sorriso o un cenno di cordialità. Partiamo dalla reception: sulla bacheca dell'hotel c'è scritto "reception h24", ma in realtà è presente una sola persona fino alle 12 circa. Nel pomeriggio e alla sera non ho mai trovato nessuno per poter chiedere delle informazionio chiedere dei consigli su dove andare a mangiare, come muoversi o per delle escursioni. In più emanavano proprio un'aria di stizza, forse perché eravamo italiani, non lo so. Passiamo alla colazione : sempre in bacheca si trova scritto "colazione dalle 8 alle 10": noi amanti della tranquillità abbiamo deciso di scendere sempre presto, quindi alle 8, per essere al mare al massimo per le 9 e non trovare nessuno. Bene, la colazione che avrebbe dovuto iniziare alle 8 NON ERA MAI PRONTA! C'era giusto qualche ciambellone e le marmellate, ma il pane, la frutta e altre cose buonine sempre dopo le 8:15. I croissant, invece, solo dopo le 8:30. Per quanto mi riguarda, inconcepibile! Dove sta scritto che bisogna scendere più tardi per fare colazione?! Albergo collegato bene, tranquilloe pulito, ma non mi sento di consigliarlo.
