Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
A nice view but nothing more... Basic amenities such as washing utensils were not available. The room was never cleaned during the whole stay and there were ants and insects everywhere in the room. Apart from that, the staff was not forthcoming at all and basic services and changes such as changing a meal were not accommodated at all. Furthermore, the breakfast was very poor with a lack of variety and options. Now I do understand that circumstances are difficult during Covid but that doesn´t justify poor service and lack of quality. Other hotels nearby were able to provide a great variety and still had a buffet option.

The views from this hotel of the beach are absolutely stunning - you have perfect views of the sunset every evening. But the staff were really amazing, so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend it!
