"The hotel’s decor was lovely and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fruit, yogurts (yummy)cereals,pastries etc. However we would like to have had dinner in the restaurant but the menu was very limited and nothing on offer for gluten free, so we did not eat there. The room was spacious and very nice, couple of minor issues in that no hooks on doors to hang coats and also in the bathroom no towel rail or hooks to hang towels to dry and the shower cubicle was a bit stained at the base. So although there was a note to save the environment by not changing towels every day, they were changed fortunately as were unable to dry them."

"Lovely breakfast, spacious room, nice staff. Issues with cleaning (empty handsoap, had to ask for toilet paper, dirty glasses just turned upside down, coffee cup replased but dirty spoon left on top, dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom, etc). Pool lovely but very busy. Beautiful lounge/cafe area. Playground behind the hotel was nice suprise. "

"Our room was incredible, excellent value for money, a minor disappointment to not have bathrobes provided but the room and view made up for that. All staff whether reception, bar, general staff or the leisure team, were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good, a range of choices for all tastes, but could be improved by being hot where appropriate. Wonderful location, central yet quiet, and very convenient for buses, with the airport bus just outside. Would definitely stay here again. Excellent. "

"Parking was a bit confusing but the staff was as helpful as they could be in explaining it. Room was good and when we were having a problem with the AC the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating "

"Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and generally in good condition. The radiator valve was stiff and so the room could be too warm at night. We didn't bother to request a repair as our stay was short."

"Very old style. The rooms were lacking. Walls were scratched up-carpet was stained. It was clean. And the lobby was beautiful! Breakfast was really good, but lacking good customer service. Boiler broke down first day there. Had no hot water or heat. They did switch me over to a really nice hotel and paid for it themselves. So that was very nice!"
