"The front desk staff was very nice, as was the wait and bar staff. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only issue was with housekeeping - had to request basic things like toilet paper refill, replacement linens and the bed-making was not great. The sheets were rumpled and not refreshed throughout our stay."
