"I love booking the Sheraton Albuquerque uptown because it's consistently wonderful. It's clean, staff is welcoming, positive, and customer friendly. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. It feels like home away from home. The only average rating I gave the property was because the poor little Sheraton is getting older and it is visible. Other than that this place is wonderful. I would recommend to anyone and everyone."

"Great place, valet staff was awesome always happy to help. The front desk? TERRIBLE. attitude, rude, first time staying here and we arrived one night very late so we weren’t sure valet parking was an option that late when asked at the front if we could park at x location the lady said “i mean valet is 24hours so i guess” like we knew that. Instead of being more customer service and offering the valet service. Even when we arrived the guy at the front was not what you would expect to be welcomed at a facility after a long travel. I will say the lady at checkout was very nice. But i wouldn’t want to deal with the other 2. Not for the money used to book at this nice reservation. I get better service at hampton/hilton inn. "

"The hotel and room were relatively clean. This is an older property, it could use a little fixing up. This is not necessarily a fault of the hotel, but I was a bit sketched out by all the shady people w/ backpacks riding bicycles through the property and digging through the dumpster out back. I ended up emptying my entire vehicle of my work tools and stuff into my hotel room just to be sure there would be nothing of interest in my work vehicle - I don't normally empty out my vehicle quite to this extent at other properties. The breakfast was not on par with other similar hotels I've stayed at - only offered waffles and cereal. With all that said, it met its intended purpose - gave me the shut eye I needed so I could continue on with my travels in the morning."

"There was homeless people hanging around outside, people smoking and drinking on the walkway, the room was dirty and had burn holes in the bed blankets, no towels in the bathroom or soap"

"Laundromat was closed for remodeling and couldn’t wash my clothes. This wasn’t listed on the website. When I asked the front desk where is was located, that’s when I was aware. "

"We are a family of 5 that does road trips and we stay at Hyatt Places because they are usually good bang for your buck. I would say the Hyatt Place in Uptown is on the lower end of our experiences. The elevators were broken, the a/c in our room didn’t work. The pool was closed even though it was 85 degrees out…friendly staff but that’s about all."
