"The rooms are great and the kitchens wonderful but ours did not have any plates, bowls, pots, pans or cutlery so when you get groceries, get what you need in that regard. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful."

"There was trash under the bed. There was litter all over the carpet the tub had a soap scum ring and would not drain. None of us could shower. The staff was not helpful at all. You had to wait at the service desk forever to get waited on."

"When we entered the lobby the entire lobby ans then the hallway to our room smelled like pot (and I loathe that smell.) couod feel the springs in the bed, and I could hear poeple walking around overhead - which I don’t think I’ve ever heard in à multistory hotel before. And they put “popcorn” on the entire ceiling and it was coming down over the tub/shower. They did have a very good breakfast!"
