It was quite and booking was easy last minute. Room was clean and did not smell. Booked through Expedia... so limited room choice. Room was under stairs, dark entry, right across from ice machine that leaked and water pooled in front of door way. Had to step around to get into the door. Bed was well used, but did the trick for a one night stay. Advice... spend more for good towels, bedding and newer beds.

The carpet was filthy! the heating system was hard to control. the drink vending machine out side was plugged in, but not working. I had asked for a non smoking room, but this wasn't one! Otherwise, the linen and towels were clean and the room was quiet.

Stains on carpet and chair. Black marks came off on my socks. Bathroom door dirty front and back. Tried to give me a room with no key. AC remote didn't work. Had to climb up on counter to try to adjust. Asked to have fixed, and wasn't done. Gas leaf blower blasting outside rooms at 1:30 a.m. on 3/15/24. Women screaming/arguing during night. Men loitering near doorways. Suspect prostitution activity. Man pushed door open in my room at 9:30 p.m Toilet seat wobbled and cracked. Wet towels folded in bathroom. Only one electric receptacle in bathroom and half didn't work. No clean towels offered during 4-night stay. Non-Smoking room smelled of smoke. Lobby area not always attended. Attendants not pleasant to deal with. No kleenex in dispenser. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and have advised other dog show people to never stay there.

We checked in at 3pm. Our assigned room was not ready. The front desk clerk was suppose to give us a different key for a different room, he asked me to come down and pick it up. The bathroom was not that clean. There was paper on the floor, hair and ants. No butter available for waffles, or even jam. Could not get HBO (as advertised).The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Could not plug in the lamp on the desk (so many others things were plugged in the outlet). After we arrived home there was a message on the phone stating that we left items in the room and that our check out was for Sunday when we paid for an extra day, making our check out Monday.

Unexpected pet charge not on website $15 per pet per day, never got respinse from message sent before we got here, got 2 towel sets for 4 people staff (1 guy only every day) not friendly. Room dirty, overpriced for what you get.

This place was terrible. Worst hotel experience of my life and I have been blessed to have travelled the world. The front desk guy for day shift was absolutely the worst. After first night of stay we came back to a dirty un-housekeeped room. I asked same snarky day shift front desk guy and he said that I had to "ask" for housekeeping on three night stay... REALLY???? Then they shorted us on towels and I had to ask repeatedly for extra towels. If you want a smoky, smelly breakfast area and badly musty/smelly room then this is your place! The only positive was front desk person for night shift 11:00 pm to 11:00 am named Seeran and he was very kind and helpful! I would hire him in a second for our business.

According to the hotel policy guest have to ask for housekeeping and guest should be physically present there , while housekeeping go in their room otherwise they have to give us permission to provide them housekeeping in the absence of them . it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Traveling through and needed a place to rest. This is a 2 star and don’t expect much more. The bed was clean and comfortable. Not much of a continental breakfast. Shower was good but the place is older and could use an update. It was an ok to get some sleep and move on.

Horrible bed when you laid down you fell to the springs. Horrible smell of smoke in smoke free room. Floors were filthy. Front staff was very helpful and kind. I will never stay there again.

It served its purpose as a reasonably priced bed for a night in close proximity to where we needed to be the next morning. The room was clean enough but definitely showing its age and needing to be upgraded. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave (didn't use) but the coffee maker made a dirty cup of coffee and the TV is small with low volume. The continental breakfast had more options than some do, but the waffle batter was bad and tasted sour. The staff seems to be very helpful however.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are in the process of cleaning up from poor management in the past. It is a huge improvement from prior management. Great breakfast and clean rooms. We will stay there next time we are in Corning.

Overall I like staying here. The rooms are clean, staff are really nice to work with. What I was disappointed in was when I entered to room it was really warm. Turned on air conditioner, but it took the unit over 5 hours to cool the room.
