feel. Our hotel room was not completely clean when we arrived. Beer cans, empty half and half cups, and bathroom tissue from previous guests was found in bedroom and small balcony. We ultimately chose El Cordova because it said it had a hot tub. The hot tub was not hot for our 3 day stay. We requested the heater be turned on/fixed. The staff was very responsive, but they never did get the hot tub hot. The pool was warm, but still pretty chilly swim without hot tub...
