Good price. Centrally located. If you are wanting to use the kitchen, be sure to bring all cookware, utensils, plates, cups etc. And pick up a bag of ice. No working ice machine.

No the kitchen wasn't equipped with utensils or cooking where but I would understand that so be prepared to bring your own at least you have a kitchen that's a plus and yes there's shops nearby very nice

AC kept the room cold, plenty of hot water, towels. Bathroom needed more attention as it needed to be swept up better. Toilet seat needs to be tighten as it was loose. Close to shopping, rockport fulton pier and restaurants, tv volume didn't work on remote control. Room was clean upon arrival.

While I did enjoy having a kitchen area, there were no pots, pans or dishes included. This wasn't a big deal for me as all I used was the microwave and the refrigerator. Both were is good working order. I felt safe on the property and enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

Convenient Stay

The motel location was very convenient. It was close to everything we were going to do, and the shops were all in walking distance. The rooms were nice and cold at night, making it very comfortable from being out all day. Nice and quiet at night.
