This was a good hotel to stay in. The carpets in the hallways needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, everything was great. Great breakfast. Great comfortable beds. Good location.

AC is not working, I tried talking to from desk couple of times but still they didn’t resolve the issue. It’s 80 degrees by the time we entered the room and it didn’t go down till morning. I even tried sending email to hotel manager who didn’t even reply back to me.

The bartender downs stairs was so rude. And tried. To charge my room after I told her not too. Made my drink then said figure out a way to pay .so. I went to get my other card and wen I went back to pay. And order another drink. She cut me off. ... Wouldn't serve me another drinks after I paid for 30$$ for one margarita .I specifically went to sit at the bar

Although this is supposedly a brand new property, only opened a few months ago, the bathroom looked worn! The cailking and tile was dingy and the shower floor was not clean. Furthermore, your room isn't cleaned nor towels replaced during your stay. You have to request new towels daily. We had an issue with our tv not working the first night, and when i called the front desk twice, Yolanda offered no help. She told me she didn't know how to fix it, unplugg it and plug it back in. Yolanda worked the front desk each night and unfriendly. Even when checking in, Yolanda didn't greet me, just straight business. The morning front desk lady, was the complete opposite, saying good morning and wishing us well for the day! Breakfast was your standard sub par complimentary breakfast. Probably won't stay here again. I rather go to residence inn near the beach.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Corpus Christi South, and overall, my experience was great! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. However, the biggest downfall was the check-in process. When I arrived, I was unable to check in due to the system being down (caused by Spectrum). Unfortunately, I had to wait over two hours before I could get into my room. While this was no fault of the staff, as they remained professional and apologetic, I do believe the hotel should have a backup system in place for situations like this. Technology can fail, but business must go on, and having an alternative check-in process would improve the guest experience. Despite this issue, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into account to enhance future stays for guests. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
