We didn’t get the code to enter the unit until we’d been there over an hour because we could t get in touch with anyone. The AC had a lock on it so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The sheets and all linens besides the towels were filthy. Period stains and pubic hair on the fold out couch sheets, sweat stains on the decorative pillows, animal Hair on the spare shoots and pillows in closet.. I mean it was disgusting. If there were anyone to complain to, I would. So gross
