"The hotel is beautiful but it’s evident that it’s being run on a low budget. The spa facilities are great. The communal areas such as the toilets were filthy. Staff rarely offered a greeting. The check-in process was terrible and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The breakfast experience was positive with friendly staff. The hotel has potential to be a gem but poor staff and lack of cleanliness in areas really let it down"

Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. "We had a lovely stay for our first visit to Anglesey. The bungalow was in a great position for accessing all areas of the island. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need. If you have a dog the garden is safe and enclosed and lovely to watch them from the conservatory. It was so difficult to find a property with a definite place to park, this bungalow had a drive way up to the door so unloading was easy. The heating was easy to use and warmed up the bungalow quickly, there is also a log fire although we didn’t use it. The shower was hot and the beds lovely and comfy. Not the most modern of places but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely return "
