The bedroom door kept making a noise, guests moving around upstairs was noisy and unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very good. The staff were friendly and no issues there, just the room was an issue

Muy bueno

Muy lindo hotel en la carretera muy cerca de Bath. Hay habitaciones en el edificio antiguo y al fondo de la propiedad hay más habitaciones en una construcción nueva. El restaurant es muy bueno con un desayuno incluido también excelente. Las habitaciones nuevas están al lado de la línea del tren por lo que se escucha pero no alcanza a ser molesto.

We had the deluxe room and it was fantastic, the bathroom was massive with a great shower and a bath. The bed was large comfortable. As well as tea there was a French press with Illy coffee supplied and also a good de-cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

Very comfortable, spotless bedroom. Great decor, felt far more expensive than it was. The service was faultless and the food was exceptional. I will look to stay here in future.
