Looking back at the pictures for the listing and thinking about our stay, this was really one of the more accurate listings I've seen. Our room was a good size & entirely looked just like the pictures, with that kind of odd semi-western disjointed decor. Staff here was always around, super friendly and proactive, we were greeted & asked how our stay was going when we would run into them. The room was clean, linens were nice, beds were comfy (most importantly no bed bugs). We had our dog with us, & used the rocks out front as a potty spot, plus there is a HUGE beautiful clean park (Parque de Vida) pretty much right across the street for walking. They also had a Kuerig coffee machine in the office that you could use in the mornings. It was a good price for its proximity to Mesa Verde NP. Its nothing fancy, but I've got no complaints, would stay again.

This was a clean, inexpensive stop on an interstate road trip. The price was right for one night of sleep before getting back on the road. No complaints at all.

We stayed here years ago and they have made some great upgrades. Cons: There were 3 remotes and I couldn't figure out what they were for. Some instructions would have been nice. The a/c unit is pretty noisy and the room could use some place to hang clothes and jackets. Pros: Cleanest room that I stayed in on this trip. The location worked well for me. It had the bare necessities and worked great for a 1 night stay.

The room and bathroom were recently renovated, and even had a bit of character, with rustic handmade wooden furnishings. I had accidentally booked the room for the wrong night, and the manager was very helpful in helping me get that figured out, as well as accommodating us when we arrived for a late check-in. My only complaint was that the window AC was very loud, and although it was at the far end of the room from the bed, it still disturbed my sleep as it cycled on and off. We only noticed in the morning that the window by the bed actually opened & this probably would have been plenty cool AND quiet. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The people who worked there were kind and accommodating. Some of the other guests seemed a bit sketchy—-it was disconcerting. Lights outside the rooms into the parking would have been welcome and possibly cut down on some of the lot “activity “

The front desk lady was terrific. So efficient, so accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated with really cool wooden pieces. Very comfortable and pleasing. It was a really good place to stay!

Had to call someone to check us in. Questionable people hanging out in parking lot. Bags of garbage sitting outside of the door next to us. Evidence of long term residents. An attempt to refresh the decor of the room and bath. Window type a/c in wall, very loud. TV difficult to operate even for local channels.Slamming doors late at night. We stayed here because every other hotel was full. We should have slept in our car.

Do not let the outside fool you! This place is fantastic!! They have done a lot of reno so the rooms are super nice and clean! It’s a gray location to stay if you are heading to Mesa Verde! Stay here!

This place is the cutest place I see. Pretty clean. Customer service was great. Checked in with great service front desk, checkout with fabulous owner lady. Even houses keeping super sweet. I love this place.

Don't be fooled by the outside, the rooms are nicely updated and the beds are comfy. It was a perfect overnight stay on a long road trip. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Keurig coffee pot and pods are offered in the lobby but they don't open until 8am which would be my only complaint as I am usually out and on the road before that time but can see how that isn't really fixable. Happy coffee is offered in room :) Grocery store and some food options directly across the street. I would stay again. thanks!

I loved the Aneth Inn. The staff, particularly Kathy, were very friendly and helpful. I ate at Mi Mexico next door and had a great, reasonably priced meal. Loved the rustic western decor. The price was right too, and I look forward to staying there again.

Very friendly staff! Good clean room. Good location. Good value for money. The only thing was the shower drain was a bit clogged so I avoided taking a shower.
