"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for hiking. The hotel is located in a great, quiet area, not too far from the maintown, making it easy to get around while still having a peaceful place to return to. I would highly recommend this hotel"
