Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. ..."

"Mouse droppings and ants throughout the cabin. No water pressure in the shower plus the drain was clogged. Floors were filthy. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Checked out after one night after waking up to mouse droppings in bed."
