Hotel has seen better days

As others have said, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms, on the surface, are attractive and comfortable. The devil, as they say, is in the details. Lots of things broken, missing, or in bad condition. No breakfast, complicated parking system, questionable cleaning of the shower stall, neglected building maintenance, broken signage etc. On the plus side, the location is ideal. You could walk to the historic center or to the main Corso. There’s a nice bar for coffee or snacks in the same building. I’m sure it was much better when it was first open but now it needs some TLC.

Très propre et contemporain cependant un laisser aller dans l entretien des équipements: - 2 ampoules manquantes dont une en tête de lit - les rideaux décrochés de la tringle (chambre et séjour) - boîtier électrique du radiateur cassé laissant les fils appâtant j ai dû fermer tant bien que mal celui ci (salle de bain) - le wifi ne marchait pas (mauvais mot de passe et personne après 19h le we) - résidence hôtel avec matériel pour chauffer l’eau, cuire ou réchauffer mais absolument aucune vaisselle ne serais ce que 2 tasses pour un café (pas de petits déjeuner proposé ce qui est prévu) Bref bon rapport qualité prix et l emplacement idéal Personnel sympathique

Ero già stata in questa struttura e per questo motivo ho deciso di ritornarci. Mi piace la posizione molto centrale, gli ampi spazi dell'alloggio e il parcheggio privato gratuito. Credo manchi solo la colazione al mattino, da comprendere nella tariffa di prenotazione e poi sarà il top.

The beds were like rocks. The bathroom had mold in it and it was not clean. It was nothing like what the site showed.

SPACIOUS COMFORTABLE APPARTMENT HOTEL

The apartments are very spacious, the bed very comfortable. It is a short walk to the town centre and local rail station, Centro, with link to main rail station. The historic old town and nearby Sila mountains are added attractions. Reception was very good in helping me reach Moccone on the Sunday.

É preciso estar atento para o horário de chegada, pois não tem recepção. As responsáveis pela entrega do flat ficam até as 21h00. Isso nos causou um transtorno. Os apartamentos precisam de manutenção. No primeiro q fiquei a geladeira não funcionava e o secador de cabelo era bizarro. Assim, tivemos de mudar de apartamento para um outro que era maior, mas tinha tbem seus problemas, como o vazamento de água do box. São fornecidos os utensílios de cozinha se forem solicitados.

Un hotel tranquillo a 100 mt dal corso pedonale

Struttura comoda ed accogliente nonostante la situazione di ristrutturazione con personale molto gentile. È situato a pochi passi dal corso pedonale principale ricco di locali, negozi grandi firme e tanta gente cosa questa che lo rende ideale per i giovani

No es más un hotel. Tuve que contactar por teléfono para poder acceder a la habitación. No había agua caliente y no había nadie en el lugar para resolverlo.
