"Bathroom had small cockroaches roaming around during night. I had to personally kill them for peace of mind. Have a video and couple of photos. Video may not load but can be provided on request. Even photos are not loading due to some reason unknown to be but can be provided.
When I used the electrical kettle around 6:30 AM with clean mineral water, on boiling I observed black scales floating, upon further investigation observed its coil full or black scales underneath - was surely not...

"This property was great for my family and I. My only complaint was that it was impossible to find. We didn't receive the real address until check in time. Maybe it was our cell service but we we're unable to find the address given. Once we found it, we dropped a pin to remember how to get back each time we left the apartment. "Great hotel with fantastic staff - especially front desk and concierge who were incredibly helpful. Lots of amenities and the exec lounge was a lovely bonus (available for selected rooms), with snacks and drinks available all day. Restaurants on site were very good - especially Sole.
St George’s Bay Area is touristy and not the prettiest once you’re outside of the hotel due to quite a bit of construction, but there is a sandy beach and shops/restaurants/nightlife. It’s also easy to get around and explore from there. The view from the hotel itself though is stunning and you can swim directly in the sea from the hotel area. "

"We stayed here mid October and from arrival to departure we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond. Our room 803(Deluxe) was kept very clean everyday by the housekeepers and our only comment was lack of set of drawers and a shelf beside the mirror in the bathroom. Thats why we left a tip for them. The location of the hotel was very convenient to both sides of Silema and would recommend to others and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday great. Love Malta. "
