"Great breakfast/brunch. Nice and clean. Fair walk from beach down some stairs, so fine for those able, but would be hard work for those that struggle walking."

"Oh boy, where do I start? 1. Check in was a fiasco. We specified non-handicap room when we booked. The first room that Fernando, the staff who checked us in, gave us, was of course, handicap. When we complained, he gave us another room, which is again, handicap. We complained again and he offered us a non-handicap room but it would be bigger, according to him so there will be an upgrade charge of 15 euros per night. We said yes but the room was next to a door being constructed and dust was all over, from the door handle to the floors. Worse, the room was not made. We have photos to prove. Rosa of housekeeping told us another room, same size that we booked, is available. We finally got the room that we paid for. Since the suggested upgrade did not happen, I specifically told Fernando that we should not incur added charge and he said he will make sure. When we checked out, guess what, the hotel was charging us for the upgrade. What??? When we told them what happened, they relented. 2. Staff was incompetent, specifically Fernando. Because of the check-in fiasco, he promised to send us a bottle of wine. We stayed 3 nights, but did we get the wine? NO! 3. Property was not clean. On day 2, ants started coming out of our sink. We have photos to prove. 4. Amenities were useless. Everything--- pool, sauna, spa, closes at 6 PM. There's a tub but no stopper so it's useless. Don't get fooled by this hotel's glitzy photos and ads. This hotel overpromises but severely underdelivers."

"Exceptional Service at the Hard Rock Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and I just had to leave a review to recognize two absolute standouts on the staff: Baya and Tyler. They truly made my stay unforgettable with their incredible customer service and patience. Baya was an absolute delight at the breakfast desk every single morning. No matter how busy it got, she greeted everyone with the most radiant, genuine smile. Starting the day with her warm energy set the perfect tone for my mornings. Tyler was equally amazing, constantly looking for ways to go above and beyond. His attentiveness and proactive attitude did not go unnoticed—he genuinely cares about the guest experience and it shows. Both of them demonstrated so much patience and a true passion for hospitality. It’s rare to find staff members this dedicated, and they are a massive asset to the Hard Rock team. Thank you, Baya and Tyler, for taking such great care of me! I can't wait to return."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Osama was especially helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommended!"

Hotel IPV Palace & Spa

"This was our second stay at the IPV Palace ,and it did not disappoint. The hotel is situated at the quieter end of Fuengirola , which we enjoy. Waking up to see the nice blue sea 30 metres away on a gloriously sunny morning is a lovely start to the day. Breakfast offered a wide choice of hot and cold food which should please most people. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable."

Occidental Torremolinos Playa

"This is one of the nicest AI hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s in the quietest area of Torremolinos, a 10 minute drive from the airport with a minimart around the corner if you need to pick up essentials. The hotel is absolutely spotless with the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. The all inclusive buffet is pretty good and the drinks menu is comprehensive. You could spend your entire holiday there without once leaving the premises. There’s direct access onto the seafront if you want to venture out for a stroll. The rooms are compact, but have everything you need from quality air-conditioning to a decent hairdryer in the bathroom. Housekeeping are very friendly and really efficient. There is evening entertainment with the kids disco at 9 pm and family friend entertainment from 10 pm. Each session lasts an hour and the bar closes at midnight. One of the best things about this Hotel is the wristband which includes your room key - it’s always on your wrist so you’ll never lose access to your room! All in all, a fabulous experience and we’d be happy to return"
