"This hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an ideal location—everything you need is within walking distance, including Puerto Banús, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to the Old Town. A special thank you to Patricia, the manager, who truly made our stay exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back!"

"Many noise, rooms are clean"

"Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services. "

"Pros : perfect location, great brunch, nice view from room’s balcony (beach and mountains) Cons : bathroom was not well maintened : not in great shape, dirty shower floor, mold in the corners; bathroom lights were lighting the whole room which was disturbing during the night, expensive parking"
