"Clean rooms"

"I reserved a room for 1 night thru Expedia and paid $156 dollars. I’m landing in El Salvador at 9pm so I told my wife to do the check in since the website says the check in is until 8pm and then they charged my wife extra $20 dollars for it. They said if she doesn’t pay the money the whole reservation was going to be cancel so she paid extra $20 dollars. Nice rooms but shady customer service, my wife felt they were taking advantage of her. Won’t stay there anymore."

El hotel ademas de ser muy agradable, brilla por su limpieza en todos sus rincones. El trato del staff es MARAVILLOSO. Especialmente, queremos agradecer al jefe del restaurante que nos reservó una mesa maravillosa para la cena Nochebuena, que fue maravillosa. Un agradecimiento a las chicas del lounge del piso 10 que nos atendieron con una sonrisa y un trato excepcional. Gracias por hacernos pasar yn estancia maravillosa. "

"Room was very clean and confortable, just as advertised. Bathroom did have some drainage smell. The whole building is in need of some major maintenance, work is in progress already. Overall, it was great!"

"Really excellent little hotel, top level rooms, staff, pool and beach access. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend. Not much to do activities-wise so bring a book and plan to just chill. Loved it, will be back."
