Staff, drinks, pools were great! Our biggest issue was the food. Food at the restaurants tasted bland and processed. The buffet was good but all other restaurants were not. Also the walk from the hotel to the beach was quite long.

The staff appeared to be racist. We kept feeling targeted throughout the stay. Whenever they spoke to us their tone was condescending and not hospitable. Worst Riu stay ever. Would not recommend!

The property was beautiful and the location was nice. The food on the other hand needs more options such as sports bar needs to have hot foods or include 24 hour room service

One thing that made this property better were the people vacationing there. It was such a good vibe. The older and trained bartender at the swim up pool kept the vibe going. But the thing I didn’t like about this resort was not enough food options, food that you expect at an all inclusive. We got lucky and had no seaweed. On to the room the tiles were coming off, and the shower head sprayed all over the floor which made it dangerous. Our outlet caught on fire, but they were so quick the guy was running to our room. The bed was very uncomfortable and not enough pillows. I didn’t like that we had to ask for towels everyday. The staff I can’t complain about they were amazing from check in to check out. The entertainment was great and the drinks were amazing. Ask for green tea shots
