"A lovely, medium-sized hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast was excellent and the hours are very generous, with leftovers available as snacks throughout the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Nikita at the rooftop bar for being extra welcoming. If nit-picking, the room layout is a little odd with a lack of storage and some rooms are immediately next to the stairs which probably makes them noisy (101, 201 etc)."

"This was the best hotel and staff that we have experienced in Portugal this year. The staff made the stay amazing, the service was 5 star. The rooms were big, clean and lovely. Comfy beds and a nice shower and bathroom. We stayed multiple nights and even went back again on our way to another adventure. The food was wonderful and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. The selections were amazing and lots of fresh fruit. The bar was nice and quiet, watched lots of soccer and had amazing food there as well. My son says the best Caesar salad he’s ever had and the Angus burger is a must. Wonderful service and hospitality."
