"Great location in characterful hotel. Our sea view was fab. But … struggled to get communication answered especially regarding pick up from station. Only saw staff when booked in and on the off chance on our last day. Place felt good of all hotel reps although room was cleaned while we out each day. ..."

"In the description, they never told us that the apartment would be shared with another person. They also have a camera recording the living room. This gives us no privacy in the apartment. The elevator is broken. As soon as we saw the camera we left the apartment, that is a violation of privacy."
