"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. "Hotel is in ideal location, just 10 mins walk to city centre/arena and 10 mins to train station in opposite direction, standard buffet breakfast with gluten-free options if you need, room was clean though still used an old fashioned key for entry though I think this is in the process of being upgraded to card system . Staff were friendly and are really helpful, would stay here again"
