We had a coffee machine in the room, and one of my favorite little conveniences was the USB ports strategically placed on both sides of the bedโ€”no digging out the European adapters just to charge our phones! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and easy to walk just about anywhere."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
