"My stay was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor—the elevator smelled, and the second floor had a foul smell as soon as the doors opened. The room itself was in very poor condition and clearly in need of major upgrades, including paint, carpeting, and lighting. After turning on the lights, I immediately saw a roach crawling up the wall, which I had to kill myself. That alone made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. The bathroom was just as bad—the tub and toilet were heavily stained and chipped. The TV remote was dirty and missing its battery cover, and the cable service wasn’t working at all. On top of that, there were multiple dogs barking, which made it hard to relax. Overall, the room felt dirty to the point where I didn’t want to touch anything. This was an extremely uncomfortable experience, and I left feeling frustrated and disgusted. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"This hotel was filthy, holes in the sheets, broken toilet door, air conditioner so dirty it couldn’t be used. Entire property smells strongly of cannibis. "

"We stayed here for the night and upon check-in we were greeted by “Jenny” who was the on-duty staff. She was very helpful and made the check in smooth. The hotel is updated and had a chic vibe. The room was clean. My only concern was the parking. You can park on the street but make sure you don’t leave any valuables. You can also pay for a more secured, gated parking area for $40.00. offered by the hotel. Overall, it was a nice stay. "

The room was spotless and well well-appointed, bed and bedding were luxuriously comfortable, all electrical and plumbing equipments looked and operated brand new, the grounds and parking lot are clean, well-lighted, well-marked, and easily accessible. The Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and understand "hospitality". Its location along the yacht basis is wonderful; we walked the entire mile sidewalk. We will definitely visit there again."
