"The staff was friendly and professional, and the room itself was very clean. However, the overall experience was impacted by a few issues. I had to wait over 30 minutes to check in because the front desk was left unattended with no coverage. Functionality was a major failure. There are no elevators, and the refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave were all set on a table that wasn’t even plugged into an outlet—the cord was about three feet short. As a result, none of the appliances were usable. Expecting guests to move a bulky microwave onto the floor just to plug it in is simply not practical."

"Pool was ok. Room was super clean, crisp bed sheets functional lay out and no carpet was a bonus. Excellent location for SAP events and felt safe walking around the area. Close to loads of restaurants and amenities. "

"Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again."

"From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in. I was surrounded fresh scent, and friendly staff that greeted me with so much enthusiastic welcomes. I brought my father in the take him on a holiday for a couple of days. His birthday amd Easter. We had a great time there. Nice delicious breakfast and wind down with a bite to eat and a beer. Its.was nice not having to leave and drive elsewhere. Room was super clean.Staff greeted you every time you exited the building and returned to your room. Ill be seeing you next month.Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!"
