"Bed not clean, having hairs. Toilet very smelly. Misleading breakfast information shared, extra charged. Staff not helpful, not really kind and patient communicating in English. Car uncovered and not under hotel’s management."

"Property is very clean, recently remodeled. Check-in must be done with an app and was extremely cumbersome. We made reservations for a room with 2 twin beds. The confirmation we received also included a picture of a room with 2 beds, but our room had only a double bed. On our request to have it changed, the reply was simply: "we don't have it available". No apology or any explanation. The room was extremely small and sparse. Bed with 2 small nightstands and a wall closet. No chairs to sit on or anything else. Just enough space to walk around the bed even suitcases are in the way. Lighting is daylight bright and it feels like an office. Bathroom is very clean with a wonderful shower."

"This is a stunning hotel in an old monastery, it’s a lovely base. Really amazing views and we loved the outside space. Rooms in old building so very atmospheric. Breakfast can be bought there, basic toasts and coffee but really good and reasonably priced But! It’s up a very steep hill It’s only staffed a few hours in the morning The pool is only ‘in use’ (I assume cleaned?) June onwards"

"Lovely old Palace now a Hotel. Very clean, staff super friendly especially Alicia,and Juliette. Nice atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Bedrooms lovely and spacious. Parking on streets nearby, Tetuan Restaurant at the top of the road. Great location."

"Ninguna queja para el personal de Recepción. Me ayudaron en todo lo posible, pero el camarero de la cena, mal educado, tuve que esperar a que me atendieran (estando el salón vacío) ya que no había nadie. Oía hablar en la cocina así que me acerqué y toqué en la puerta y de malas maneras me contestaron "¡Ya vamos!". Cuando me traen la cerveza me la dejan encima de la mesa (cuando lo normal en hoteles de 4 estrellas es que te la sirvan, o al menos, te pregunten) No esperaron a que acabara el primer plato y me trajeron el segundo, dejándolo en la mesa... con lo que se enfrió. Una vez terminé, el camarero se quedó en el salón viendo la televisión y parecía que quería que me fuera. La verdad es que muy mala experiencia. El parking, si el coche es grande (Paugeot 5008), no cabe en el elevador, sin riesgo de rayarlo, por lo que debes dejarlo en la calle y el aparcamiento no es fácil."

"LA description de cet Hotel est mensongère. Aucun service, matériel ne fonctionnant pas ( porte, ascenceur pris électrique dans la chambre ) . L'hotel est fermé et on y accède en téléphonant ( si on parle espagnol ) pour avoir un code d'entrée."
