"Great accommodation, front desk staff was very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Room was clean just a little dusty in some areas but nothing major. Beds were comfortable and a/c pretty cold. Breakfast was fantastic the offering was top notch eggs, bacon, oatmeal and more everything was very nice."

"The pool and grounds are great. The breakfast and onsite restaurants and pool bar and grill were great. The other fun options were great for my teens - bowling go karts and billiards. We loved this resort but the rooms need some significant updating. It wasn’t dirty per se but run down. I hope Hilton gives this resort some love because it can be phenomenal if they do. "

"The breakfast was good, could be better. The a/c may require a more btu's for the size of the room, but it was good. The room was very clean and sanitize. As a recomendation, the window needs a curtain to prevent sun light in the morning."

"I would highly recommend. We had a great stay! The hotel staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The amenities were great, and we felt completely relaxed throughout our stay."

"The hotel itself is clean and was fine for two days of stay. It’s located in a very busy area but you don’t hear any outside noise. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. We waited for over an hour for our room after check in time to which she eventually informed us she could in fact give our family a readily available room this entire time. It was less than efficient on her part considering she knew we were waiting as we had to continuously ask for updates , the lobby was empty besides two other men waiting. I would say giving priority to a family of 5 should be something to consider. Our first room had a non working A/C unit. They send the engineers to fix it and they were very kind but it couldn’t be fixed. They informed the front desk but it was another 45 mins until they moved our room. We were there for two nights since our flight was cancelled. The gentleman working the front desk , bar area and technicians were incredible at helping and being super kind , we appreciate their help. The pool area is small and has lots of mosquitos at night. "
