"The house had cockroaches and bugs all over it. The kitchen was dirty and unwashed the same for the fridge and there was rotten meat in the fridge giving off a horrid smell. We rented the whole house butbthe owner was still there and refused to leave. He also told us "no noise after 11" we didnt stay the full time and had to leave. I am requesting a full refund "

"After booking, the property emailed me a suspicious link asking for an additional damage waiver fee to be paid online. Alternatively, they offer a refundable deposit... plus a non-refundable admin fee. Hotels.com explicitly tell you not to pay any additional money via online forms as it is a very common scam. The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form. This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place...

"The hotel is very clean but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. The staff are amazing and so helpful and nice. The pool was lovely. The food was excellent and lots of choice. The family thoroughly enjoyed."

Convenient for East Midlands Airport

"We stayed at Radisson as we had an early flight and it was much better value than the on-airport hotel. Restaurant was better too with really friendly service. Complimentary breakfast bars and fruit on reception for when you depart. You need to pre-book your minibus trip to the airport. To be collected from the airport to go to the hotel you have to find the special phone which is a little tricky."
