"The staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially Kellie at the desk. We had a chance to use the pool this trip, and the area outside was very clean and well maintained. They have great pool towels! Lots of seating around the pool, and a seperate area fenced in closer to the hotel where you can sit and enjoy a drink from the bar. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They only have 2 small trash cans in the room, which is sometimes not practical. They do have a tall trash can available in the area near the elevators on each floor. This would be a perfect hotel for us if the breakfast was just a little bit nicer. Hard boiled eggs, fresh cut fruit, yogurt and granola, assorted pastries depending on the day, bread/bagles for toasting and a waffle maker are available. Something HOT would be appreciated. This trip they did have an egg, potato and sausage scramble available on Saturday and Sunday, which was nice-keep doing that! the coffee REALLY IS good! This hotel is very convenient to Downtown and provides free shuttle service to and from a drop off spot near Broadway. We will definately be back!"
"Nice pool, beautiful room that was very spacious and clean. Shower head and elevators definitely need improvement. Outdoor pool chairs burned if you sat on them because they are metal. Chad was our night person at the desk and he was amazing!!!!! The lady during the morning wasn’t available to us or others much. And higher ups were there and just let her sit and do nothing in the breakfast area. All in all a good experience."
"Very big place, very clean and very friendly. Its like walking around a jungle inside. Way too expensive for food and drinks. Gift shops are a joke for there prices. 50 bucks for a tee shirt!"
