"Overall we had a good stay. Our only real negaive was that that both days of our stay, the water temperature was not good. In our group, a couple showers barely got warm water, while others it was fairly cold. Also, it was disappointing the resturant was closed due to the slow season timing, so there were no onsite food or drink options available."

"Beautiful views and the hot springs were lovely. The staff was kind and attentive. The property was showing meaningful signs of wear with torn lounge chairs, weathered furniture, rough towels, and miniature pillows (instead of full sized ones). I would suggest a day pass to the hot springs as a meaningfully better value over spending the night, as it is priced like a 5 star property but delivers a 3 star experience."

"Great spot in BV. We were here for a wedding. You definitely need a car, no Ubers in town. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water. The yurt was adorable and perfect for 1-2 people. My friends had the cabins with the double and a bunk bed and that were crammed as two adults. Hiking trails in property. Beautiful views!"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Lodge by Traverse Hospitality during our first trip to Crested Butte. The host and Erin was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. They even checked on us before we settled in for the night to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a thoughtful touch. The property was exceptionally clean and spotless, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. After a long day of exploring, it was great to come back to such a well-maintained and welcoming hotel. This hotel made our first visit to Crested Butte even more memorable, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 😊"
