"This place is fine if do not care much about neighbors noise with loud dominican music and the softball narrator in front of the property which looks and feel new. It is reasonably close to rivers, waterfalls, and many restaurants. No elevator to the 4th floor, thus, make sure you are able to walk. The apart. we stayed was very spacious with our room with A/C, but not in the leaving room a kitchen which was warm due to our tropical weather. I believe the owner of that property should install a strong A/C for that area or at least two ceiling fans by the TV and the dinning table."
