"We arrived at 9pm and there was no one to receive us, nor did anyone answer the phone number listed. On the door was a sign that said they were closed May 6 th for exceptional reasons but never informed us. We had to find another hotel at great expense. We are deeply dissatisfied and expect a full refund. "
