Hotels in Country Club

"I love this chain and have stayed at a number of Graduate Hotels. This one felt a little empty. I didn’t feel the character of the others - maybe it’s the large lobby, maybe it’s the decor of rooms. It just felt like it was a “thinner” version of the other fab Graduate Hotels (Ann Arbor, New Haven)."

"Rooms clean , bedding / comforters uncomfortable , only had hot water 1/2 our stay - being very kind leaving 4⭐️"

"Property was dirty, coffee machine in the office did not give coffee. Bedding was all wrinkled. Light fixture was broke in room."

"The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. I did veeify it was hair or dried up urine in both places with tissue and it was... when house keeping came around, I asked if they could.come back that we would be gone between 9-5. He said maybe. I asked the front desk if they could make sure they did come back and clean our bathroom. They did come back to give us clean towels and coffee but did not wipe.down the bathroom which is when I verified it was dry urine vs a stain around the toilet lid and hair on the floor."

"Easy parking. Very clean. Nice stay for a night while passing through. They had a happy hour when we arrived with 2 free drinks and snacks which was a very nice touch. Family friendly. "

"The breakfast was amazing and the the staff was great pennye took good care of me and my disabled mom she made sure we had everything we needed no hesitation or anything and I loved that she didn’t mind going to extra mile to accommodate us "
