"When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"

"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! "The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice facilities including kitchenette and a wet room. Within easy walking distance of shops, Carmel and Basilica. The parking was conveniently directly by the entrance."

"The location was excellent, close to the town, beaches and also D-Day sites. Checking in to the apartment was OK and the accommodation was fine, however the bathroom design was poor, it was very difficult for anyone over 170cm to use the shower as it was in the eves. The toilet was downstairs but did not have a basin to wash hands. It would have been a better design to have a wet room where the toilet was and put the toilet in the bathroom. We received a handwritten note in French, on details regarding location, routines with check out and so on. Trying to first to interpret handwriting, then translating the text using google translate is complex… The apartment was far from the beach. "We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. We swam, we played table tennis, we wandered around the grounds - everything was delightful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We would like to return to Les Manoirs again some day. "

"The location is beautiful, the flats are modern and comfortable. The only difficulty was to get the instructions for a late check-in (to get the keys for the flat since the reception closes at 19.00 and we were planning to arrive 19.30). We didn't get an answer to the messages sent via Hotels.com. Eventually I phoned the reception and they sent the instructions via email."

"A lovely, family friendly holiday site. Very much set up with children in mind. The huge indoor playground was a favourite of my three year old and my older child loved the swimming pools - including the fast flowing water in one of the outdoor pools! We have stayed at several P&V sites across Normandy, this is definitely our favourite so far, the key difference was all of the extra facilities (including shop & restaurant) and activities! On one of the weekdays they held a kids party with bouncy castles, face painting and games which was really enjoyable! As my children aren’t french speakers we decided not to use the kids clubs but they looked very popular!! The only downside is that you do need to use the car if you plan to travel anywhere off site. "
